What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: name, company or college, email, phone number, your area of interest and your message. We also record the page you were on, how you reached it, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link, to understand which pages bring enquiries.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To prepare proposals and follow up on your request.
- To understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you.
How the form is processed
Form submissions are stored in our own Microsoft Azure account (Azure Table Storage) and emailed to us through Azure Communication Services. Our website is also hosted on Microsoft Azure. We do not pass your details to any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, then delete them. If you become a customer, records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
